The Origins Of Allianz

"The dream of a soccer Academy in our community was born out of necessity, as I realized I didn’t need to drive one hour daily to downtown Vancouver to bring my 7-year-old son for extra training. Since I’ve lived in the South Burnaby area for almost 18 years, I often wondered why we couldn’t have our own soccer academy close to our homes, so local children can play this beautiful sport. Having coached for almost three years in different community clubs like South Burnaby Metro Club and Burnaby FC, I decided to share this idea with some parents who also agreed that we need a soccer academy in our community. This academy will tremendously benefit children who want to start playing and learning the sport of soccer as well as those who want to increase their soccer skills." - Coach Cesar

Get to know the dedicated individuals who lead and support the

Allianz Burnaby Soccer Academy.

Technical Director

Cesar Caceres

Coach Cesar has been coaching soccer for three years in different community clubs: South Burnaby Metro and Burnaby FC. Coach Cesar has played in 2nd division in the Peruvian professional soccer league with Alianza Lima B. He has a true passion for the sport of soccer and a strong knowledge of soccer skills.

Coach Cesar received a scholarship from the University "Federico Villarreal" where he earned a Law Degree.

Fitness Trainer

Jeremy Doucet

A committed fitness advocate and marathon runner, Coach Jeremy is a certified personal trainer , youth fitness certified and holds a Grassroots Coaching certification. He supports players in developing physical literacy, confidence, and tactical awareness.

Team Manger

Tamara Ballard

A Registered Nurse and founder of Nursing in Motion, Tamara brings strong organizational skills and handles team logistics, communications, and sponsorship coordination.While representing SBMC, the team operates as Allianz Burnaby Soccer Academy for BCASL competitions
